The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (released as The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise of the Electro in some market) is a very entertaining movie if watched in 3D, especially the fight scene between spidey and the Electro. I quite like it; but I will say that overall the movie is just not bad - with some entertaining fighting scene. However, what I don't like is that the fighting scenes seemingly too short given that there are three villains in the movie; Electro, Green Goblin and Rhino. The movie started off with some sub-plots of Peter Parker's parents, before showing Spider-Man web swinging around the New York City before helping the police to catch a group of criminal before missing his girlfriend, Gwen Stacy's graduation speech, and just in time to attend his graduation. I would say that I'm quite impress with the movie Transcendence although there are not many good reviews about the movie. In fact, Rotten Tomatoes only give Transcendence 18%; while on average the movie is getting slightly below average rating. The movie is about Doctor Will Caster (Johnny Depp); a foremost researcher in the field of Artificial Intelligence who was at that time working on a machine that combines the collective intelligence of everything ever known with the full range of human emotions. His work made him famous and at the same time made him the prime target of anti-technology extremists who will do whatever it takes to stop him. An attempt of assassination finally become the catalyst for him to succeed in his experiment, by becoming a participant in his transcendence. In attempt to re-create Will, his wife, Evelyn and best friend Max Waters upload Will to the digital world, using the same concept of Will's machine, PINN - and eventually they succeeded.  ...

The other day while I had nothing much to do, I decided to watch some old movies, preferably the comedy genre. I happened to find this movie: She's the Man . The title sound familiar but I forgot where I saw it before....after googling it, I realized that it was the movie by Amanda Bynes where she impersonate her twin brother so that she could played in the boys soccer team.  Anyway, I never thought the movie would be good but I'm glad I watched it. It was indeed an awesome movie, with a lot of jokes and I got to admit, Amanda Bynes was good. Throughout the entire movie, Amanda Bynes was simply a lovable character.  Bynes plays Viola, the twin sister of Sebastian (James Kirk), who at the start of the movie conveniently sneaks away to London for two weeks without telling anybody. Viola is the star of the girls' soccer team at Cornwall Prep, a school that seems to have enough money to supply every girl with her own soccer team. She thinks she's good enough to play for...

Have you watch The Hunger Games: Catching Fire already? If you have not, you are missing a big thing....but here's the thing...for those who missed The Hunger Games (1st episode) one year ago, I suggest you watch it first before going for this one in cinema...otherwise, you might leave the cinema satisfied, but with a lot of questions in your head.  Game On once more! Anyway, it is unfair to even compare The Hunger Games with movies like Twilight because there is so much more depth in the movie.
