If you are a fan of the Lord of the Rings, you will probably not want to miss this.  The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey I am not a big fan of the Lord of the Rings but I really have to say: this movie deserves a thumbs up. If you have yet to watch it, you're missing a big deal! "The Hobbit" is the adventure of Bilbo Baggins , Frodo's uncle , and how he came into possession of Gollum's precious ring . Anyone who had read the book will know that most part of it are very friendly, kid-like and one that is filled with humour and fun...it wasn't until Tolkien penned "The Lord of the Rings" that the saga actually ventured into the dark side...but the movie is keeping the standard with this one now that we all have known about the Lord of the Rings. The beginning of the movie was interesting enough, bringing us to where we are familiar with: the settings in where The Lord of the Rings kick off...before bringing us back to the past... 60 yea...
