I'm not sure about you guys but I find the movie funny and entertaining. It wasn't the best that I expect but it's good.  I'm sure there are a lot of critics out there but this is by far the best Ninja Turtle's movie.  Watch the Turtles in action This new Michael Bay's produced movie is one of those movies that you can watch 10 years from now and still be entertained....flashy, funny, energetic and "explosions" though it's not as much as what expect from Bay...it's what is expected from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...silly, action, funny. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (released as The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise of the Electro in some market) is a very entertaining movie if watched in 3D, especially the fight scene between spidey and the Electro. I quite like it; but I will say that overall the movie is just not bad - with some entertaining fighting scene. However, what I don't like is that the fighting scenes seemingly too short given that there are three villains in the movie; Electro, Green Goblin and Rhino. The movie started off with some sub-plots of Peter Parker's parents, before showing Spider-Man web swinging around the New York City before helping the police to catch a group of criminal before missing his girlfriend, Gwen Stacy's graduation speech, and just in time to attend his graduation. I would say that I'm quite impress with the movie Transcendence although there are not many good reviews about the movie. In fact, Rotten Tomatoes only give Transcendence 18%; while on average the movie is getting slightly below average rating. The movie is about Doctor Will Caster (Johnny Depp); a foremost researcher in the field of Artificial Intelligence who was at that time working on a machine that combines the collective intelligence of everything ever known with the full range of human emotions. His work made him famous and at the same time made him the prime target of anti-technology extremists who will do whatever it takes to stop him. An attempt of assassination finally become the catalyst for him to succeed in his experiment, by becoming a participant in his transcendence. In attempt to re-create Will, his wife, Evelyn and best friend Max Waters upload Will to the digital world, using the same concept of Will's machine, PINN - and eventually they succeeded.  ...

It's been two years since the Battle of New York and Steve Rogers is having tough time adjusting to the modern lifestyle. One of the movie that I watched recently in the cinema is 300: Rise of an Empire and overall, I would rate the movie average. The movie consists a lot of "blood splashing" scene as well as slow-mo during the fight, which somehow irritates me most of the time. For those who watched 300 before, Rise of an Empire is not actually the sequel to 300; but rather it tells the story before "300" as well as after King Leonidas and the a force of 300 discipline and committed Spartans were slaughtered by the Persians at Thermopylae - and Themistocles uses the death of these 300 Spartans as the martyr to unite the Greece in attempt to stop the invading Persian forces led by the mortal-turned-God Xerxes and and Artemisia, vengeful commander of the Persian navy.

If you have yet to watch "Frozen" in the cinema, now it is the time to get the Blu-ray version of the movie from Amazon and I personally think that Frozen is nice with catchy soundtracks - I like most of the soundtracks from Frozen and especially like Let It Go by Idina Menzel and kinda addicted to "Do You Want To Build a Snowman?" - the song that was sang by the three phases of Anna, from child to teenager and finally grown up. Frozen tells about the two princesses in the Kingdom of Arendelle - Elsa and Anna, with Elsa the special one with the power to create snow and ice. One evening while the two princesses were playing, Elsa accidentally hit Anna with an ice blast knocking her unconscious. and turning several strands of her hair white. I got to admit...I really love comedy movie....especially the Hollywood's one, with a lot of beautiful stories to learn from.  Delivery Man is one of those....well, it's predictable, nothing new but it helps to give a good laughter and lift one up. A movie that I'll recommend to anyone who wanna watch with their friends or even loved ones. The other day while I had nothing much to do, I decided to watch some old movies, preferably the comedy genre. I happened to find this movie: She's the Man . The title sound familiar but I forgot where I saw it before....after googling it, I realized that it was the movie by Amanda Bynes where she impersonate her twin brother so that she could played in the boys soccer team.  Anyway, I never thought the movie would be good but I'm glad I watched it. It was indeed an awesome movie, with a lot of jokes and I got to admit, Amanda Bynes was good. Throughout the entire movie, Amanda Bynes was simply a lovable character.  Bynes plays Viola, the twin sister of Sebastian (James Kirk), who at the start of the movie conveniently sneaks away to London for two weeks without telling anybody. Viola is the star of the girls' soccer team at Cornwall Prep, a school that seems to have enough money to supply every girl with her own soccer team. She thinks she's good enough to play for...

Well, I have never missed on any of the Police Story series by Jackie Chan and I make sure that I did not missed out on the latest one even though there are a lot of negative reviews on the movies. Police Story 2013 is a reboot of the Police Story series, ditching the Chan Ka-Hui persona from the first four Police Story series and Chan Kwok-Wing from the New Police Story. While there are a lot of negative reviews on the movies, I must said....it's actually not that bad. It's just not good enough. First of all, one thing that Jackie really pull out of this movie is to prove movie critic, James Berardinelli who once said of Jackie's style in Police Story as an "action with a smile, not a grimace". In Police Story 2013, it is very heavy on grimacing...in fact, it's probably a bit too much. The movie is "grim and gritty".
