Watched The Avengers with my brother, Kian Hin and sisters midnight yesterday. Overall, the movie is awesome. We have Chris Evans returning to reprise his role as Steve Rogers aka Captain America, Robert Downey Jr as the billionaire, genius, and philanthropist Tony Start aka the Iron Man, Scarlett Johannson as Agent Natasha Romanoff , Chris Hemsworth as the demi-God Thor. Pretty much most of them are from the Marvel comic movies are getting their roles.  The movie started off with S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Nick Fury arrives at a remote S.H.I.E.L.D. facility during an evacuation. The Tesseract, an energy source of unknown potential, has activated and it opens a portal through space from which the exiled Norse god Loki steps through. Loki takes the Tesseract and uses his abilities to take control of the minds of several S.H.I.E.L.D. personnel including Dr. Erik Selvig and Agent Clint Barton to aid him in his getaway.
